(1) On receiving an application to terminate a strata scheme, the
Registrar-General may--
(a) make an order terminating the scheme (a
"termination order" ), or
(b) refuse to terminate the scheme.
(2) A refusal
by the Registrar-General to terminate a strata scheme does not prevent an
application being made under section 135 for termination of the scheme.
