(1) For the purpose of investigating an application for assistance, the Director-General (or a delegate of the Director-General) may enter any lot the subject of the leasehold strata scheme concerned at any reasonable time on notice given to any occupier of that lot and may enter the common property at any time whether or not on giving notice.
(2) A person must not obstruct or hinder the Director-General, or a delegate of the Director-General, when exercising the powers conferred by this section.Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
