STRATA SCHEMES (FREEHOLD DEVELOPMENT) ACT 1973 - SECT 21
Common property to be dealt with only under this Act and the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996
Common property shall not be capable of being dealt with except in accordance
with the provisions of this Act and the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 .
