STATE SPORTS CENTRE TRUST ACT 1984 - SECT 17
Provisions with respect to additional land of the Trust
(1) The Trust may, but only with the approval of the Minister, acquire any
land (whether or not adjoining the original land) required by it in order to
facilitate the attainment or carrying out of its objects.
(2) The Trust may,
but only with the approval of the Minister, transfer, convey, mortgage,
encumber, demise, grant incorporeal rights over or otherwise alienate any of
the additional land.
(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to additional land
that is property to which section 18 relates.
(4) The Trust may expend its
money in connection with the use, improvement or development of any of the
additional land.
