Definitions

2 Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Body corporate" means the Principal and Councillors of Sancta Sophia College, incorporated under this Act.
"College" means Sancta Sophia Hall established as a college of the University by this Act.
"Sancta Sophia Hall" means the building erected on the land described in Schedule 1.
