STOCK (CHEMICAL RESIDUES) ACT 1975 - SECT 10

10 Power to seize stock

(1) Where any stock have been moved contrary to the provisions of this Act or any regulation, notice or order made, given or served under this Act, the stock may be seized by an inspector or by a member of the police force.

(2) Any stock seized under subsection (1) shall be disposed of in the manner prescribed by the regulations.
