New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNo matter or thing done by a member of a local authority, by an inspector or by a person acting under the direction of a local authority subjects the member, inspector or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the matter or thing was done in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act.
