45 Delegation of functions by the RTA to the Authority

The Authority is taken to be an authorised person for the purposes of section 50 of the Transport Administration Act 1988 .

Note: The effect of this section is to enable the RTA to delegate any of its functions (other than the power of delegation) to the Authority.
