Carrying out of plan of management
37 Carrying out of plan of management
(1) The Authority is to carry out and give effect to a plan of management
adopted by the Minister.
(2) The Millennium Parklands must be used and
managed in accordance with the plan of management.
(3) Pending adoption of
the plan, the nature and use of the Millennium Parklands cannot be changed.
