SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK AUTHORITY ACT 2001 - SECT 22
Consent authority
(1) The consent authority for any development carried out by any person on
land within Sydney Olympic Park is the Minister for Planning.
(2) In
determining an application for consent to carry out development on land within
Sydney Olympic Park, the Minister for Planning must consider the consistency
of the proposed development with the Environmental Guidelines.
