SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK AUTHORITY ACT 2001 - SECT 16
Land on which Authority’s functions may be exercised
The Authority, with the consent of the Minister, may exercise its functions
(other than its functions under Divisions 2-5) on or in relation to land
outside Sydney Olympic Park.
