9 Application of Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002
(1) The Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 (other than Chapter
5) does not apply to or in respect of the appointment of a trustee.
(2) The
office of a trustee is, for the purposes of the Constitution Act 1902 , or any
Act amending or replacing that Act, taken not to be an office or place of
profit under the Crown.
