(1) The procedure for the calling of meetings of the Trust and the conduct of
business at such meetings shall, subject to any by-laws in relation thereto,
be as determined by the trustees.
(2) Any 6 trustees shall be a quorum for
the purposes of any meeting of the Trust.
(3) Any duly convened meeting of
the Trust at which a quorum is present shall be competent to transact any
business of the Trust and shall have and may exercise and perform all the
powers, authorities, duties and functions by this Act conferred or imposed
upon the Trust.
(4) A decision of the majority of trustees present at a
meeting of the Trust shall be the decision of the Trust.
(5) The Chairperson
or other the trustee presiding at any meeting of the Trust shall have a
deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, a second or
casting vote.
