10 Chairperson
(1) The Chairperson of the Trust shall be such trustee as the Governor on the
nomination of the Minister may appoint as Chairperson.
(2) At every meeting
of the Trust at which the Chairperson is present the Chairperson shall
preside. In the absence of the Chairperson from any meeting of the Trust, the
trustees present at the meeting shall select from amongst their number a
Chairperson to preside at that meeting.
