Effect of non-compliance by adult with an order made under this Part
29 Effect of non-compliance by adult with an order made under this Part
(1) If a person who is 18 years or more of age contravenes a
parentage testing order or an order under section 27, the person is not liable
to any penalty in relation to the contravention.
(2) However, the Court may
draw such inferences as appear just in the circumstances.
