STATE OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 - SECT 23

23 Half-yearly reports

(1) Within one month after the end of the first 6 months of each financial year of a State owned corporation (or such other period after the end of that half-year as may be agreed on by the board and the voting shareholders), the board is required to deliver to the voting shareholders a report of the operations of the corporation and of its subsidiaries during that half-year.

(2) Each report required by this section must include the information required by the statement of corporate intent to be included in it.
