20L Operation and management
(1) All decisions relating to the operation of a statutory SOC are to be made
by or under the authority of the board.
(2) The chief executive officer of a
statutory SOC is, subject to subsection (1), responsible for the day to day
management of the operation of the SOC in accordance with the general policies
and specific directions of the board.
