STATE OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 - SECT 20A
Establishment of statutory SOCs
(1) A corporation becomes a statutory SOC by the insertion of its name in
Schedule 5 by an Act of Parliament.
(2) A company cannot become a
statutory SOC.
