(1) The Ministers who are the voting shareholders of a company SOC are
responsible for ensuring that the constitution of the SOC at all times contain
provisions to the effect of those required by Schedule 2.
(2) The
constitution may contain other provisions, so long as they are not
inconsistent with the provisions referred to in subsection (1) or any other
provisions of this Act.
(3) This section does not apply to the extent
provided in resolutions of both Houses of Parliament.
