STOCK MEDICINES ACT 1989 - SECT 48
Authorisation of inspectors
(1) The Director-General may, by order in writing, authorise a person to be an
inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(2) An authorisation under this
section may be given unconditionally or subject to conditions specified in the
relevant order.
