STOCK MEDICINES ACT 1989 - SECT 32
Permits
(1) The Director-General may issue a permit to do or omit to do any one or
more things the doing or omission of which would, but for the issue of the
permit and the operation of section 33, constitute an offence against this Act
or the regulations.
(2) The Director-General may not issue a permit under
this section unless it specifies: (a) the person to whom it is issued, and
(b) the stock medicine or class of stock medicines in respect of which it is
issued, and
(c) the purpose for which it is issued.
(3) A permit is subject
to any term or condition that the Director-General thinks fit to impose and is
specified in the permit.
(4) A permit remains in force, subject to any
condition relating to its duration specified in it, until it is cancelled by
the Director-General by written notice served on the permit holder.
