SPORTING INJURIES INSURANCE ACT 1978 - SECT 7

7 Constitution of Authority

(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name of the Sporting Injuries Compensation Authority.

(2) The Authority is a NSW Government agency.
