SPORTING INJURIES INSURANCE ACT 1978 - SECT 14

14 Borrowing powers of Committee

(1) The Treasurer may, on the application of the Committee and on such terms and conditions as the Treasurer thinks fit, lend money to the Committee.

(2) The Committee may, for the purpose of obtaining temporary financial accommodation, borrow by way of overdraft from any bank, building society or credit union to such extent as may be approved by the Governor on the recommendation of the Treasurer.
