10 Delegation
(1) The Authority may delegate to an authorised person any of the functions of
the Authority (other than this power of delegation).
(2) In this section:
"authorised person" means any of the following: (a) a member of staff of
Insurance and Care NSW,
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised
for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
