Service of notices
46 Service of notices
(1) Any notice or other instrument required or authorised by this Act or the
regulations to be served on a person by post is sufficiently addressed if it
is addressed to the last address of the person known to the Commissioner.
(2)
Any such notice or other instrument is taken to have been served at the time
it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
