Prohibition of delegation of functions
38 Prohibition of delegation of functions
(1) A licensee must not delegate the carrying on of a security activity to a
person who is not the holder of a licence authorising the person to carry on
the same security activity. Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
(2) A person
who is the holder of a provisional licence must not delegate the carrying on
of any security activity authorised by the licence to any other person.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
