SECURITY INDUSTRY ACT 1997 - SECT 37

37 Licensee not to sell or dispose of licence

A licensee must not:

(a) sell, dispose of, deliver, let out, hire or rent the licence to any other person, or

(b) permit any other person to use the licence.

Maximum penalty:

(a) in the case of a corporation-200 penalty units, or

(b) in the case of an individual-100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
