licence, class 2 licence or provisional licence,
(c) class MC-authorises the
holder to employ or provide between 11 and 50 persons to carry on security
activities, each of whom must be the holder of a class 1 licence, class 2

(d) class MD-authorises the holder to employ
or provide more than 50 persons to carry on security activities, each of whom
must be the holder of a class 1 licence, class 2 licence or provisional
