SYDNEY HARBOUR FORESHORE AUTHORITY ACT 1998 - SECT 45

45 Amendment of Schedule 1

(1) The regulations may amend Schedule 1:

(a) by omitting any matter, or

(b) by inserting any matter, or

(c) by altering any matter.

(2) The regulations may omit Schedule 1 and insert instead a Schedule that specifies or describes land on or in the vicinity of the foreshores of Sydney Harbour.
