Minister may execute agreements on behalf of State
45 Minister may execute agreements on behalf of State
The Minister may execute, on behalf of the State of New South Wales, any
agreement that the State is authorised to enter into by this Act or any other
agreement that is necessary or convenient to give effect to the object of this
Act.
