SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 22
Entitlement to Snowy water licence
The Snowy Hydro Company is entitled, on the corporatisation date, to a licence
issued by the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation under this Part
(called the
"Snowy water licence").
