STATES GRANTS (RURAL RECONSTRUCTION) AGREEMENT RATIFICATION ACT 1971 - SECT 2

2 Definitions

In this Act, except in so far as the context or subject-matter otherwise indicates or requires:
"the Authority" means any instrumentality appointed by the Minister to be the Authority for the purposes of this Act.
"the Rural Reconstruction Agreement" means the Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1, read with the Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2.
