STEWARDS' FOUNDATION OF CHRISTIAN BRETHREN ACT 1989 - SECT 6
The Committee
(1) There is to be a Committee of the Foundation.
(2) The functions of the
Foundation may be exercised by the Committee except for those functions which,
under this Act or under the by-laws, are to be exercised by the Foundation in
general meeting.
