(a) a purchaser, mortgagee, lessee or other person who is a party to any such dealing, and
(b) the Registrar-General, the Crown Solicitor or any other person registering or certifying title to the property,do not have to inquire whether the Foundation has power to so deal with the property and are not affected by notice that the Foundation has no such power.
