Treasurer may act for State as shareholder

49 Treasurer may act for State as shareholder

The Treasurer may act for or on behalf of the State of New South Wales in connection with:

(a) the rights, privileges and benefits, and
(b) the duties, liabilities and obligations,
of the State as the holder of shares in AFML which were issued to the State under Division 2.
