STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE ACT 1989 - SECT 7
State Emergency Service
(1) There shall be a State Emergency Service of New South Wales.
(2) The
State Emergency Service is to comprise: (a) the Director-General,
Deputy Director-General and other staff of the Service, and
(b) the volunteer
officers and volunteer members of all SES units.
