Division:
"total amount of the premiums" includes any brokerage or commission paid or
due to be paid or allowed on:
(a) any such premium, or
(b) any bonuses or return premiums allowed in respect of any policy of insurance the subject of any such premium, or
(c) such part of the premiums received by or due to the company as is paid or due to be paid by way of reinsurance by the company to any other insurance company in New South Wales,but does not include stamp duty payable in respect of any policy of insurance the subject of any such premium.
