(1) Every member of the NSW Police Force and all other members of emergency
services organisations are to recognise, in connection with operations in
response to an emergency to which this Part applies, the authority of the
Commissioner and emergency officers acting under the Commissioner's orders or
the orders of the zone commander or local commander.
(2) It is the duty of
every such member to assist the Commissioner or other emergency officer in
connection with those operations.
