STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE ACT 1989 - SECT 19

19 Emergencies to which Part applies

This Part applies to:

(a) an emergency referred to in section 8 (1) (a) or (b) relating to a flood or storm, or

(b) an emergency referred to in section 8 (1) (d) which the State Emergency Operations Controller has directed the Director-General to deal with.
