Offence to obstruct Minister or emergency personnel
40 Offence to obstruct Minister or emergency personnel
A person must not obstruct or hinder the Minister, or any other person acting
with the authority of the Minister, in the exercise of a function under this
Division.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or
both.
