STATE EMERGENCY AND RESCUE MANAGEMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 26
NSW Police Force to provide executive support for District Emergency Management Committee and Operations Controller
(1) The NSW Police Force is to provide executive support facilities for each
District Emergency Management Committee and District Emergency Operations
Controller in the district concerned.
(2) The principal executive officer is
to be known as the District Emergency Management Officer.
