SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 19

19 Obstruction or impersonation of inspectors

(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, resist, obstruct, or attempt to obstruct, an inspector in the exercise of the inspector’s functions under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) A person must not impersonate an inspector.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
