33 Rental etc on leases by Ministerial Corporation

(2) The rental or other consideration to be received by the Ministerial Corporation in respect of a lease of real or personal property acquired for the purposes of this Part shall be fixed by that Corporation so as to produce an amount not less than such percentage as the Treasurer may direct, in respect of that lease, or of leases of the class to which that lease belongs, of the value of the real or personal property, ascertained in such manner as the Treasurer may direct.
