SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 2007 - SECT 15

15 Types of warrant

(1) The following types of warrant may be issued under this Part:

(a) a surveillance device warrant,

(b) a retrieval warrant.

(2) A warrant may be issued in respect of one or more kinds of surveillance devices and more than one surveillance device of the same kind.
