STOCK DISEASES ACT 1923 - SECT 22C
Delegation
22C Delegation
(1) The Director-General may delegate the exercise of any function of the
Director-General under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to any
member of staff of the Department.
(2) In this section:
"exercise" a function includes perform a duty.
"function" includes a power, authority or duty.
