New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn any proceedings against any person for an offence against this Act or the regulations, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Director-General or by a Deputy Director-General of the Department certifying that a person has been appointed as an inspector under this Act and during any period specified in the certificate held office as an inspector shall be admissible and be prima facie evidence of the matters certified in the certificate.
