New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn this Division:
"designated disease" means footrot or any other disease declared, by order
made by the Governor and published in the Gazette, to be a designated disease
for the purposes of this Division.
"public place" means any place (other than a road) that is open to the public
as of right and without payment of a fee.
"road" means a public road within the meaning of the Roads Act 1993 .
"travelling stock reserve" has the same meaning as in the
Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 .
