Refusal to be sworn or to give evidence
26 Refusal to be sworn or to give evidence
If any person appearing as a witness before a Special Commission refuses to be
sworn or to make an affirmation or to answer any question relevant to the
Special Commission put to the person by the Commissioner, the person is guilty
of an offence and liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
