43 Sittings
(1) Any 3 or more Judges of Appeal constitute the Court of Appeal.
(2) At a
sitting of the Court of Appeal at which the Chief Justice is present the Chief
Justice shall preside.
(3) In the absence of the Chief Justice, the President
of the Court of Appeal shall preside.
(4) In the absence of both the Chief
Justice and the President, the senior Judge of Appeal present shall preside.
