(1) All proceedings in any Division and all business arising out of
proceedings in a Division shall be heard and disposed of before a Judge, who
shall constitute the Court.
(2) Subsection (1) does not affect the provisions
of this Act and the rules concerning the hearing and disposal of proceedings
and business before an associate Judge or before a registrar or other officer
of the Court.
